Prior to joining Tailwater Capital in July of 2025, Mr. Cook was an Analyst at Guggenheim Partners in Houston where he focused on M&A advisory and capital market financings within the energy industry.

Mr. Cook graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance.
