Mr. Cook is responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments.

Prior to joining Tailwater Capital in July of 2025, Mr. Cook was an Analyst at Guggenheim Partners in Houston where he focused on M&A advisory and capital market financings within the energy industry. Mr. Cook graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance.
