Mr. Dieterlen is responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments.

Prior to joining Tailwater Capital in July of 2025, Mr. Dieterlen was an Analyst at TPH&Co. in Houston where he focused on M&A advisory and capital markets financing within the energy industry. Mr. Dieterlen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management and a minor in Statistics.
