  • Particular emphasis on the Permian, Eagle Ford, and Williston Basins, as well as the Haynesville Shale, with transaction sizes ranging from $20 million to $500+ million
  • Leverages significant underinvestment in U.S. oil and gas assets and the lack of available capital for energy companies resulting in a substantial need for non-operated capital

  • Tailwater E&P supports Tailwater Capital in upstream evaluations and investments to meet the energy needs of the United States in a safe, cost-effective, and reliable manne
  • Aims to support top-tier management teams with operated positions in core basins across the Lower 48
