  • Chaired by Roger Fox, our Head of ESG, and led by the firm’s Partners, with additional representation of portfolio, LP, regulatory, and community stakeholders
  • Sets annual ESG-related goals for our portfolio and our firm
  • Reviews quarterly portfolio ESG performance
