Ms. Adams joined the team in March 2024 as an Acquisition Land Professional. Ms. Adams provides transactional support for the acquisition of mineral and royalty interests, along with non-operated working interests across all verticals of Tailwater Capital’s upstream oil and gas franchise.

Prior to joining Tailwater E&P, Mikaela was a Land Negotiator at ConocoPhillips where she was responsible for managing assets in the Delaware Basin. Ms. Adams earned her Energy Management degree at the University of Oklahoma.
