Ms. Singleton is a Mississippi native and graduate of Mississippi State University. She joined Tailwater Capital in September 2024 and provides business and administrative support to the Investor Relations team.

Prior to joining Tailwater, Ms. Singleton was Vice President of Operations and HR at Stronghold Investment Management where she led operational improvements and aligned HR strategies with business objectives.
