Ms. Sloan is responsible for providing transaction support and asset management for Tailwater E&P’s growing portfolio of mineral, royalty, and non-operated interests.

She joined Tailwater E&P in October 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry and a degree from Southern Methodist University. Rachel has worked with both public and private entities, specializing in land and division order management for operating companies, as well as overseeing private mineral portfolios.
