Mr. Welch joined Tailwater E&P in 2023

Prior to Tailwater E&P, Mr. Welch served as Lease Records Supervisor at Chief Oil & Gas for eight years where he was responsible for overseeing land records and ensuring data integrity. Mr. Welch played a critical role in multiple acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to Chief, Mr. Welch served in various land administration roles at Chesapeake Energy for six years.

Mr. Welch earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a Certified Professional Lease & Title Analyst (CPLTA).
