Mr. Leyendecker is responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments.

Prior to joining Tailwater Capital in August 2024, Mr. Leyendecker was an Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in Houston where he focused on M&A advisory and capital markets financing within the energy industry. Mr. Leyendecker graduated with High Honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and a Certificate in Computer Science.
