GIS Manager and Land Specialist, Tailwater E&P
Mr. Baxter joined Tailwater E&P in August 2023 as GIS Manager and Land Specialist. Mr. Baxter is responsible for overseeing the GIS strategy and execution for Tailwater E&P, mapping and spatial data analysis, and integral parts of the organization’s operational and strategic decisions.
Prior to joining Tailwater E&P, Mr. Baxter was a GIS Developer at Denbury where he developed and managed GIS systems that played a critical role in facilitating efficient operational planning and decision making for over 6 years. Mr. Baxter holds a Master of Business Administration from Lamar University and a degree in Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma.
