Ms. Jacob joined Tailwater E&P in January 2025 as a Senior Accountant.

She has over 15 years of experience working for privately-owned upstream oil and gas companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Ms. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
