Asset Management Engineer, Tailwater E&P
Mr. Watson joined Tailwater E&P in 2025 as the Asset Management Engineer. He is responsible for the technical evaluation of reserves and asset performance.
Before joining Tailwater E&P, Mr. Watson was a reservoir engineer at ConocoPhillips where he was responsible for reserves and resource evaluation, development planning, and economic analysis in the Delaware Basin. At Shell before that, he was a production engineer focused on artificial lift installs and optimization, flow assurance, and plug & abandonment (P&A) in the Appalachian and Delaware Basins. Mr. Watson holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
