Mr. Hubbell is responsible for the underwriting and technical evaluation of upstream, midstream, and royalty opportunities across the Tailwater Capital portfolio.

Prior to joining Tailwater E&P in June 2024, Mr. Hubbell worked for Pioneer Natural Resources as a Drilling Engineer where he was effectively planning and executing horizontal well development before transitioning to a Reservoir Engineer where he was responsible for optimizing and managing the development strategy in the Midland Basin. Mr. Hubbell earned his MBA from the University of Texas Permian Basin as well as a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Georgia.
