Mr. Roos is responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments across all verticals of Tailwater’s upstream oil and gas franchise.

Prior to joining Tailwater E&P in 2025, Mr. Roos was an Analyst at TPH&Co. in Houston where he focused on M&A advisory and capital markets financing within the energy industry. Mr. Roos graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
