Ms. Bowman is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the mineral, royalty, and non-operated assets for Tailwater E&P.

Prior to joining Tailwater E&P in November 2025, Ms. Bowman held various land management roles at Tug Hill Operating. She has over 16 years of land management experience specializing in division order management, mineral acquisitions, and database administration. Ms. Bowman earned her Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas.
