What if a revenue check is lost, stolen, or becomes outdated?

Please call 833-638-9731 or email Tailwater-OwnerRelations@eag1source.com to issue a new check.

Often, a check is not received due to the account balance being below our $100 minimum amount.  If the amount exceeds the $100 minimum, we recommend allowing two weeks for the check to arrive by US Mail before contacting us.


Does Tailwater E&P offer direct deposit?

Yes, please follow the instructions contained in the ACH Authorization Form.


Are royalty statements available online?

Monthly royalty statements can be received online by contacting EnergyLink Support at 888-573-3364 or via email support@energylink.com.


What information is needed to change or transfer ownership?
