Tailwater Capital

Tailwater E&P is a complete management team embedded within Tailwater Capital

Founded in 2013, Tailwater E&P has grown from non-operated interests to include minerals, royalties, and operated equity. The team brings deep technical expertise and a long-term ownership approach to upstream investments.

WHAT WE DO

Tailwater E&P partners with proven operators by providing capital, technical expertise, and mineral acquisition support. Built like an oil and gas operator, our experienced team delivers long-term value through cycles, leveraging proprietary technology and deep industry knowledge to underwrite and acquire assets across core U.S. basins.

  • Particular emphasis on the Permian, Eagle Ford, and Williston Basins, as well as the Haynesville Shale, with transaction sizes ranging from $20 million to $500+ million
